Trails
Guided mountain bike trails and coastal bush walks on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
After lunch, the day moves into the landscape.
Behind the surf beaches and the cafés, Garigal and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks stretch inland across sandstone ridgelines and eucalypt forest, some of the most scenic natural terrain within reach of any major city in the world.

Guided Mountain Bike Trail
After the ocean and the table, the afternoon finds its own rhythm. Some of my favourite routes:
Manly Dam - flowing singletrack and fire trail through bushland, looping around the dam. Flow over speed. One of the most satisfying ways to move through this landscape.
Oxford Falls - more technical, more demanding. Quieter bush, fewer people. The appeal is the stillness of being deep in the forest with nothing ahead but trail.
Mt Narra - serious downhill terrain.
Only offered when you're an experienced rider.
Suitable for confident beginners and above. The focus is always on the landscape, not the speed.
Included: Quality hardtail or dual-suspension mountain bike and helmet. -
Curated Coastal or Bush Walk
A curated headland track or bush walk, selected for scenery, conditions and your energy.
Routes follow the cliff line between Northern Beaches headlands, long Pacific views, the sound of the ocean below, or move through quieter bush tracks in Garigal or Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks.
Distance and pace adapted to you. The emphasis is always on the scenery, not the workout.
Ideal for any fitness level, or anyone who'd rather walk than ride.
How the choice is made
Trail selection is guided by your preference, the weather, your fitness and how the afternoon feels after lunch. Both options move through genuinely beautiful terrain.
The aim is balance — not intensity.
